all treatments are worth a certain amount of points ( the more you spend, the more points you will gain ).
points will automatically be added to your account - to check your status please check at reception at any time.
there is no time limit over which the points can be used once collected.
you must inform us at time of booking that you will be using your loyalty points for payment of your treatment.
reward treatment options can only be used by the account holder.
only one reward can be used per booking, but rewards can be added on to other treatments.
rewards can be booked in at off peak times - monday, tuesday and wednesday inclusive.
points cannot be exchanged for any treatments not on the list, products or monetary value.
requests for specific staff members cannot be guaranteed as appointments will be allocated depending on availability.
