You have the unconditional right to cancel your order up to seven working days after receipt of your goods ('working days' excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Please follow these easy steps to cancel your order and return your items to us (which must be in re-saleable condition):

2. Please await confirmation of your cancellation, which you will receive by email.

3. Return your goods to us (at your own cost), ensuring that they are in 'as new' condition.

4. Upon receipt of your retuned goods, we will refund your payment within 7 working days. See below for more details.

Whilst we will refund you the cost of postage originally incurred through the dispatch of your order from the beauty works to your address, we will not be held liable for any costs you may incur in returning a cancelled order to us.
